The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Australia and Italy have received warnings through a statement purportedly from militants linked to al Qaeda that demanded those countries withdraw troops from Iraq.

Lots of reports of ME or S.African folks getting on planes with expired visas, AQ ties, etc. Reports of ME types flooding across the Mexican border.

Our enemies are trying to get personnel into place. With what's been discussed already, I'd say the material is already in place.

IMHO, the go order has been given, probably a while ago (Transit of Venus). I'm not sure if the plans are in the 'operational' stage at this time, but it looks to me like there's a lot of prep work going on.

We all need to keep an eye out of ANYTHING that seems unusual.

I stopped to check out a cardboard box in the parking lot of my work place. Turned out to be nothing.

IMHO- they have been promising their fanatical followers with the "ULTIMATE DESTRUCTION OF THE US" Unfortunately they tend to follow through with their threats. Their jihadi followers are slobbering at the mouth- waiting for the "spectacular hitting of the US"....

Had an odd thought last night I can barely put together.

Someone here or on another forum was remarking that OBL/AQ used the name of a car- I think it was a JAGUAR- to indicate the timing of the attack.


Now that code we found a few days ago had LOTs of CAR MODELS on it. Someone suggested it was only a list for selling used/new cars. I am beginning now to wonder if each car listed might have indicated a specific attack....

Poisoning toll in Tula region rises to 63 (Russia - July 29th)

Jul 29 2004 3:12PM TULA. July 28 (Interfax-Center) - Between July 23 and 28, 63 people, 34 of them children aged 18 months to 14 years, have been hospitalized acute severe intestinal infections in Novomoskovsk, Tula region, Interfax was told at the regional emergency situations authorities on Thursday.

Earlier the region's chief sanitation doctor, Lidia Shishkina, told Interfax water is believed to have caused the poisoning.

The emergency situations authorities, the prosecution service and law enforcers have been alerted and Russia's chief sanitation doctor, Gennady Onishchenko, has been notified, Shishkina said.

Several possible scenarios behind the incident are being investigated, including terrorism.
