The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

In the deleted posts it was said to have been detonated in the deep water off the Great Banks.

No seismograph data reported from any monitoring station anywhere on earth to support this 'German No' site report...

check the holo backside imaging at spaceweather.com and the EIT 171 and LASCO C3 images at SOHO.

you can see the CME the spot that's not quite visible yet on the eastern limb spewed out this evening if you click on "more LASCO C3"

you can see the glow from this spot just over the eastern limb in the EIT 171 pic.

the holo imaging at spaceweather.com shows another large spot currently on the backside following this one that's about to rise over the eastern limb.

these are in addition to 652 which is about to set over the western limb.

I have been listening to the Boston PD trunked system the past few hours...someone has been trying to jam them....first it was the theme from "Highway Patrol" then some anarchist stuff, and now a minute of porn.

They are probably using the same technique that the college kid used last year....will be interesting if they try to take it down on Thursday...

I don't think it's anything to really worry about, just be aware that power fluctuations and satellite problems can arise if we get a good series of CME's or one really big one.

Most of this is speculation on my part, sunspots are notoriously difficult to predict, they can spring up and dissipate in a relative instant and I'm just an amateur observer.

Groups of goblins with weapons shooting at people indiscriminately would do severe damage to the psyche of numerous cities across the nation. I sure hope our law enforcement is prepared for this possibility and has the manpower and weaponry to take it on.
