If you click on the link in 68-69TonkinGulfYachtClub's post above, you will see that kerry was still a member of the U.S. Naval resevre at the time of his meeting NVA and VietCong officials in Paris.

This phony(kerry)should never have been elected to public office!!!! Discharged(kerry) from the the U.S. Navy, March 12, 2001???? This paperwork must have been routed through the clinton administration, being completed less than 6 weeks after President Bush was sworn into office.
