Shelby couldn't turn *anything* over to anyone. At that point in time he was on the Senate Intel Committee, cleared for the classified intel that no one else got to see in the Senate....so he could hardly be in trouble for not turning anything over.

This is about a leak of information of phone intercepts AFTER Sept. 11. This is what everyone speculated was Hatch's fault, but it turns out it is Shelby who is under investigation.

Breaking story just posted under Drudge. Seems he leaked CLASSIFIED information to CARL CAMERON of Fox News. Carl told FBI Investigators when interrogated. Amazing how easy a reporter gives up his SOURCE when the source is in the GOP. Standby for 24/7 Shelby attacks with the MEDIA doing everything possible to connect Shelby somehow to GW and the ADMINISTRATION.
