While her previous sexual history will not be admitted, the judge has just ruled that any post-KB-sexual activity WILL be admitted.

This is the end of this case. The judge's decision, on its face, admits that the accuser had sexual relations after her encounter with Bryant.

There is no doubt, now, that this accuser had a sexual encounter after her "violent assualt" by Bryant!
What a joke this case is becoming!

Not just "after" ~ that would not be so remarkable, but "just after" ~ which is less remarkable.
Still doesn't mean Kobe was free to just grab her and have his way with her.

I agree, assuming the jury doesn't practice jury nullification and the members can think for themselves. This should now prove most interesting to watch.

So she had sex afterwards, that doesn't nean she wasn't raped!Do rape victims have sex within 24 hours after the rape, especially if the so-called rape involved "injuries"?

maybe - but it does basically destroy the prosecution's claim that the vaginal tearing was something Kobe did. She (allegedly) got banged again BEFORE being tested.

But not exactly the picture of a "traumatized victim", now is it?
And what about the reasonable doubt if the sex took palce between the Kobe Hhotel room encounter and the medical examination the next day? If there is more than one fox in the henhouse, which one ate the chicken?

It proves that having sex was more important to her than reporting the alleged "rape."

I'm listening to Dan Abrams, and, apparently, the ruling says that any sexual activity 72 hours prior to her reporting her rape can be admitted.
That means that as many as three sexual encounters may come under scrutiny.
Remember, the accuser has always said that Bryant was the only one, in that 72 hour period.
The DNA obviously proves otherwise, so the credibility of the accuser will also be at stake.

This has been a farce from day one. My personal opinion is that there was no rape and this girl wanted money or fame or both. Kobe was stupid but I don't think he's a rapist. Your mileage may vary.

So she had sex afterwards, that doesn't nean she wasn't raped! But if it is multiple sex partners in the time between the time of the alleged rape and the medical exam, it doesn't help the prosecution; perhaps the injuries weren't caused by Kobe. Also, it would undermine the rape argument. I can't imagine how a woman who has been raped would want to have sex with anyone for days if not weeks. Where is the psychological trauma one would expect after a rape?

The defense will argue that the alleged "assault" turned her on - so that she was ready for sex so soon. As another poster said, Kobe will be voted best come from behind player....

"So she had sex afterwards, that doesn't nean she wasn't raped!"I agree. What she contends is she DIDN'T have CONSENSUAL sex with KB. Plain & simple.
It doesn't matter if she's the town tart. ( Even prostitutes can be raped. Happens all the time, so I hear.)
To: L,TOWM
No pun intended, of course!.....
