Just read that a rally was scheduled for Del Mar Park in Aurora at 3. Well that one has been cancelled and relocated to the west steps of the Capitol Building in Denver at 2 p.m.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be able to make it. Had it been at the first location--well let's just say that would have been really convenient. Hope some Denver FReepers will be there and will be able to report how it went. Kerry is in town today.
Local radio news at the top of the hour just said that John Kerry is an hour late for his scheduled appearance at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver. Looks like he is trying to pull a Clinton. 35 hundred idiots are waiting for him to show up.

Uh oh, getting lots of rain here. Looks like the Flush the Johns rally might be rained out. Too bad. Wonder if Kerry ever showed up for his rally?
I was out of town this week when the nameless one was supposed to be here for his 'book signing'. Was there a protest?

I didn't see anything on FR organized for Bubba's visit.

Okay, I hope I'm telling you right. Where you see NEW POSTS TO YOU in the upper right corner you see your Freeper name next to that, correct? Click on your name up there. Once in that page, click on MY LOCALE on the left. That should bring up the list of states and then you can click on Colorado to get to the message board. Also, when you bring up the list of states you can SET YOUR LOCALE--at the top of the state list page. This will bring up the CO state flag when someone clicks on your profile. Let me know if what I've told you works.

BTW, have you been catching Bill Bennett's Morning in America show on KNUS from 5 am - 7 am? He's EXCELLENT! They don't carry the first hour, so I listen to it online when I'm up at 4 am. Here's the link: http://www.bennettmornings.com/
Also, I get real depressed listening to Peter Boyles with his constant "Bush is going to lose" attitude. I was so glad when Bill Bennett started his show. It is VERY refreshing and encouraging. He subtitles his show, "Discussions with the American People about the Things that Matter." I hope you get a chance to listen.
You are welcome. I haven't listened to Peter Boyles in years. I think the last time I listened to him was when the impeachment deal was going on. Is he a Bush basher? I know he's a liberal with a lot of his ideas.
I have never heard Bill Bennett's program although I do know about it. I'll have to check it out. I'm a night owl so sometimes I'm going to bed at 3, 4, 5 in the morning--that's probably why I haven't heard him yet. I have to take a nap sometimes with my youngest in the late afternoons.
I listen to KNUS and KNUS 2 a lot. My favorites are Medved, Prager, and yes Savage. Savage's Bush bashing drives me nuts at times, but I do like his program. He's pretty funny. Hannity is alright for an hour or two and I'll also listen to Rosen and Rush a little on 850 and Dave Ramsey on KNUS 2. I'm pretty much a talk radio junkie.
Well, have a nice night/morning. I better go get some zzzz's. My two year old is still up with me if you can believe that--he's telling me to "go to bed too".
I can not wait to see the pics on this freep event.
