The Clancy book with a jet crashing into the Capitol, killing the POTUS, most of Congress, most of the Cabinet, and most of the SCOTUS, was 'Debt of Honor'.
And the pilot in that marvelous bit of fiction was Japenese.
The book was released years before 9-11-01.
