Palestinian terrorists shot and killed a 15-year-old Arab boy in Beit Hanoun this morning, after he and his family objected to the placing of Kassam rocket launchers outside their home. The boy and other members of his family, seeing the terrorist cell arrive, "greeted" them with sticks and stones in an attempt to banish them. The terrorists responded with gunfire that killed the teenager and also wounded five others.
After the murder, the terrorists loaded up their weapons and fled the scene. PA sources first accused Israeli forces of having killed the boy. The Israeli Defense Forces recently circulated an Arabic-language leaflet in Gaza, calling on residents not to allow Kassam launchers to operate in their midst.
Three Islamic Jihad terrorists were killed in an Israel Air Force missile strike as they drove though Gaza City last night. One of the three was Hazam Raheem, a senior Islamic Jihad terrorist who was filmed holding the severed head of an IDF soldier killed in one of the two attacks on armed personnel carriers two months ago. Raheem was involved in coordinating suicide and other bombing attacks against Jews - including one planned for the coming days - as well as the launching of Kassam rockets, mortar shells and anti-tank missiles.
A leading wanted Tanzim terrorist was arrested this morning, after a firefight with IDF forces in the hostile village of Yata, south of Hevron. He was directly responsible for the murder of five Israelis, including three members of the Dickstein family - both parents and one of their ten children - in the summer of 2002.
An IDF soldier was wounded late last night when terrorists attempted to infiltrate the community of Shavei Shomron. They encountered the soldier and shot him, leaving him in moderate condition, and then fled the scene.
Israel Air Force helicopters targeted a weapons workshop last night in Khan Yunis, adjacent to Gush Katif in southern Gaza. The workshop was one of many used by the Hamas terrorist organization to produce a variety of weapons. A series of explosions followed the attack, indicating a large amount of explosives.
That dog don't hunt.
OMG!!!
Reuters will turn itself inside out writing this one.
they want to kil, kill, killll, get in their way and YOU die. These people are vicious mad dogs.
Freedom of expression and the right to protest on your own land is always subservient to the demon fighters of Islam.
There have been a significant number of violent incidents in PLO-controlled areas: the PLO is turning on its own people because they are no longer able to target Israelis as much as before with the security barrier in place.
Ahhhh yes. Yet another wonderful contribution from the religion of peace.
The Israeli strategy of razing homes which they identify as the source of an attack or home of those associated with terrorists is working. Those not connected with terror don't want to lose their homes so they are forced to stand up. Too bad they didn't have more than sticks and stones. They may get away with throwing sticks and stones at Israelis who restrain themselves, but Islamic fighters don't play that game.
These incidents are standard practice of "justice" under a regime of terrorism, the Palestinian Authority, as in every other dictatorship in the world.
This is still Israel's fault. If the freedom fighters didn't need to fire rockets at the occupiers, this collateral damage could have been avoided.
Yes, usually this tactic works against heavily armed terrorists. I'm quite surprised it was inneffective this time.

"I blame Sharon! And Bush! And Gobal Warming and a dozen assorted cute and fuzzy puppies and kittens for this attack!"
Nah, they won't. Even I can impersonate Reuters..
Headline:
15-year old Arab boy shot and killed: Another casualty of Bush's War
I think it would be great if there were a civil war in the walled in areas the PLO controls.
ragheads killing ragheads.
are the luckiest ragheads in the world.
Clearly the rocket-launcher terrorists were simply waging the only war they know how to wage against this teenage Palestinian, who had been oppressing the rocket-launcher terrorists for decades. They were only defending their homes.
To prevent such things in the future, we must understand their motivation.
Are you from the UN? /sarcasm
