Let's start a list of Questions we'd like answers too since reporters read FR maybe they will get some ideas... so have at it
Has Sandy Berger had his security clearence revoked If no WHY not? If yes when and by whome?
If you're not allowed to take notes out of the secure vault, and an observer is required to prevent unauthorized note taking, why would privacy be permitted during phone calls during which notes could be transmitted by voice for transcription.
What's the difference between a target and a subject of an investigation?
Who is Berger's "clearance holder"?
"had we not gone forward and struck that plant -- and I would say parenthetically we did it at night, after checking to see whether they had a night shift, so as to keep civilian casualties to a minimum -- had we not and had a chemical weapon been used subsequently in the San Francisco subway system, I would find it hard to have defended our inaction."
Why, then, did the fear of killing 65 Afghani People keep him from taking action in June of 1999, December of 1999, and August of 2000?

That's what I want to know. Lindsey was the official liaison between the NA and Clinton, but these were not Clinton's personal docs and there was no reason to call him first when Berger did this. I hope whoever called Lindsey is having to explain things to the FBI right now.
Also, there must have been another phone call (to the FBI? DOJ?), because if this had gone only to Lindsey, it would never have been heard of again. I would doubt that the two phone calls came from the same folks, though.
I wonder if the tip-off phone call came from a lower ranking employee who was ordered to do something he or she thought to be a breach of procedure?
if this stuff is held in an underground vault, why does it even have cell phone coverage?
yep
In addition, I would like to know who else saw the documents while they were in Berger's home, if he made any phone calls right after returning from the archives, who he called, and whether or not he has been promised a pardon if prosecuted (from Kerry).
I also would like to know how many guards witnessed his behavior, whether they reported it to senior archives people and if those people took any action other than calling Bruce Lindsey, and also if any higher level archives people were Clinton political appointees who were given civil service appointments during the last months of the Clinton administration.
That would certainly not surprise me, but bear in mind that almost all librarians/archivists (who are, after all, in a quasi-academic discipline) are raving left-wing Dems. I suspect that this is probably doubly so in the case of those who work for the government.
Here's a little more info on the National Archives, for your reading pleasure:

You have a point. One would think they would be HONEST, at least, but I realize that is probably a vain hope.

Boxers or (ahem) briefs?
clairify
Mr Berger:
*How many years, months, days have you been "inadvertantly" removing documents from top secret areas of the government?
*Why were the documents important enough to steal?
*To whom did you give the information?
*Was that person(s) from the U.S. or from a foreign entity? Did they pay you?
*Do they have your FBI file in their possession?
*Were you/or are you being blackmailed?
*How many other Clinton traitors are in positions of authority?
Am I leading the witness? :P
That one obviously went over your head, so forget it.

....no.... I don't think I will. Neither will the moderator.
