Hasty action in government is BAD. No matter what the motivation. Which is why we have the system we have. People grumble about gridlock. Can you imagine if the government was actually efficient?
A dictatorship is the most efficient, smoothest running government around. And not the sort of thing I want. Not even the benevolent kind.
