Background - the Arab boyfriend told her to dump the kids, strapped into car seats, in the middle of a busy highway. She did so. She was arrested, made a $40,000 bail, and fled the country. When tracked down, she pled guilty.

The judge, realizing she jumped bail when it was $40,000 set the new bail at only $10,000. She departed.

Here's the Fort Worth Star Telegram Version:

Mom cuts monitor, flees

By Bill Teeter

Star-Telegram Staff Writer

FORT WORTH - The woman accused of endangering her children by leaving them in traffic on Texas 199 is a fugitive for the second time, authorities said Wednesday.

Christy Radacy, who returned from Spain voluntarily in June, may have left the country again, law enforcement officials said.

"We do have reason to believe from a confidential source that she is in Europe," said David Davidson, assistant chief deputy with the U.S. Marshals Service. Radacy may have returned to Spain, he said.

Radacy was arrested June 17 at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport but was later freed on $5,000 bail and ordered to wear an ankle monitor, said Lt. Dan Cauble of the Tarrant County Sheriff's Department.

Radacy cut off the monitor Sunday afternoon, which sent a signal to the out-of-state contractor that tracks the monitors, said Jim Sinclair, assistant director of the Tarrant County Community Supervision and Corrections Department.

State fugitive warrants were issued and turned over to the marshal's office.

Radacy's companion, Sari Muhanna, has been a fugitive since March.

Bill Lane, Muhanna's attorney, said his client had indicated he would return to Dallas at 2 p.m. Tuesday on an American Airlines flight but was not on the plane.

Radacy, 24, and Muhanna, 36, were charged with two counts each of child endangerment and abandonment after her twin daughters, then 22 months old, were left in the traffic lanes of Texas 199 in Lake Worth on Memorial Day 2003.

They were free on bail when they fled the country in March and were found to be in Spain.

Their passports are in the court's possession, but "they could obtain a false passport or fraudulently obtain a new passport," Davidson said.

Ray Hall, Radacy's attorney, said his client pleaded guilty to bail jumping and child abandonment/endangerment and was scheduled for sentencing in September. She was supposed to meet with probation officers on Monday to provide information that state District Judge George Gallagher would use in sentencing her, Hall said.

Radacy, who faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, had a good chance to receive deferred adjudication before she disappeared the second time, Hall said.

"We got new information that was in her favor," he said. "She was happy when I told her last week."

Garnish the judge's salary and confiscate his assetts to provide for the twins.

Execute the mother and father.

Justice done is justice served.

Now serving the next Islamic asshole related case clogging our 'injustice' system!

Registration is just too complicated to bother with.

But thanks for the info from the article. These people should be "dropped" onto a major highway at rush hour...............dropped from a high over-pass.

Abandoned twins' mother flees again (Islam involved)

I read the article and it makes no mention of Islam. Are you jumping to the conclusion that because the boyfriend is Kuwaiti that he follows that religion?

Just playing devil's advocate here.

"the Arab boyfriend told her to dump the kids, strapped into car seats, in the middle of a busy highway. She did so."

So they tried to kill the kids, not just abandon them?

As far as I'm concerned, the State has every right to strip her and the father of their parental rights. Let those children be adopted by someone who gives a damn about them!

Memorial Day, 2003. That was quite awhile ago. I'm sure the little girls are all settled into a new home now.
Sari does not sound like an Islamic name to me. I think the headline needs to be changed unless someone proves he is a Muslim.
