WABC`s John Batchelor`s regular guest,John Loftus has just reported this evening(July 20) that the documents stolen by Berger would have revealed that bill clinton and the clinton administration hired al-qaeda terrorists to fight for the muslims in Kosovo.
Loftus stated the clinton administration provided documents and facilitated travel for the al-qaeda terrorists from Afghanistan to Kosovo to help the islamists fighting for a foothold back into Europe.

If Martha Stewart has to do time I don't see how he shouldn't do time. I'd also like to know what he did with missing papers and who benefitted from his theft.
I guess it is moot now since no charges will be filed.

has been trying to plea bargain.
As punishment, I think he should be forced to store all of his important personal papers in Hillary's pants.

Loftus was dead-on about the yellowcake months ago.
If you know who the "Jersey Girls" (widows of husbands killed on 9/11) are you would know that they basically blamed 9/11 on Bush.
Now that Berger has most likely inhibited the investigation into their husbands' deaths by his THEFT, you'd think they would be outraged at Berger.
