Clinton tells the POST he has known about the federal probe of Berger's actions for several months, calling the news a "non-story." Clinton knows this is not a "non-story" and his reaction makes me wonder if this wasn't a Clinton & Clinton leak.

I had the same thought. Clinton's response sounds too carefully prepared to be spontaneous.

there is no way in hell he leeked this... This is a bigger story than most have thought about... Here is one question.
Did the 911 commission know about this investigation BEFORE Sandy Berger testified?

Yeah - it would have been an excellent time for the Klintonistas to leak this. Easy to blame the leak on those nasty Republicans (timing, you know) but the story may soon be buried by the Commission report, then the 'Rat convention.
A very good time to get this story out there.

I think it was too. Gorelick was in a perfect position to "leak" the information.
And .. as for Clinton think this was so funny .. it further proves to me the dems have no business running this country. National Security and the WOT is not a laughing matter.
