I demand immediate commentary from Ann Coulter and Mark Steyn.

The stupidity of this whole scenario is amusing because it leads directly to Bubba and Hillary.
I have the dream of todays phone call to Bubba in France by Hillary:
"You bast***!! You and your gd lawyer were suppose to take care of this and now Berger is shooting off his mouth. How am I EVER going to run with a "National Security Breech" fresh in everyones mind?"
And Bubba responds: "Aw, the sweet taste of revenge, my dear".

Looks to me like the 9/11 commission is TOTALLY complicit in this crime!

I apologize because I've gotten off the path where we need to take this, because this is huge. (Laughing.)
Hugh and series.
Has anyone estimated the Bergler's waist size yet? I'd guess it at 55" - 60". There's a lot of room in trousers that big.
Hell, he could stuff an entire file cabinet in his butt crack and no one would even notice.
We're not talking about some petite delicate little thing here. In five trips, the economy-sized Bergler could hijack half of the Library of Congress.

Rush: "Is it time maybe for John Kerry to have something to say about this? I mean, look at two of Kerry's advisors: Joe Wilson -- now patented liar -- and Sandy Berger, thief. Well, presumed, alleged thief. Oh, he admitted it. He's a thief. He admitted he took the documents, a sloppy, sloppy thief."
...patented liar...presumed alleged thief...a sloppy, sloppy thief.
Damn. Rush must be beside himself on this. I wish I'd heard him
say these lines. I'd have been ROFLMAO.

Sandy Berger...........PRC lobbyist, Nat Sec Advisor to the Pres.....Nat Sec policy advisor to Kerry........classified docs thief. Who says Martha should spend 5 months in jail? Actually, she should, but you would think people would storm the steps of the Capitol.
To: anniegetyourgun
....very lame...and there was nothing believable about it. There's never been nothin' believable about Berger.
He's always looked like a used car salesman to me.

Its all the same ol' Clintonesque MO...deny, quibble, distort, make counter accusations, and flat out lie, but never, ever, take responsibility. When will these people be discovered, tried and convicted for the criminal deeds they've done?!

"One of the hardest things to admit here is that we're always being outsmarted by these wipes."
I think this might be the chickens coming home to roost...we can only hope. Like Robert Burns once wrote, "...the tangled web we weave, when others we practice to deceive." Or something to that effect. You never have to worry about getting in trouble if you do he right thing and tell the truth. ;)

Makes one wonder if all of the TWA 800 conspiricy theorists may have been right. If they hid this, what else might they have hidden? Hmm. No tin foil here, either. ;)

If I go to Wal Mart and get caught stuffing something down my pants and walk out with it, I will be arrested for theft and prosecuted. I do think we could at least apply the Wal Mart Standard to Berger.
As National Security Adviser he knows the law exactly and knew the great risk he was taking. The real question is why he took the risks, who told him to do it? Men have done many years in prison for a crime like this. In time of war they have been shot for crimes like this.
Why do I see Hillary involved in this?

Forgive me, I am not clear on something. What was not returned? The "drafts"? Are there no copies of them in the archive? Ashcroft has some idea as to what was missing at the time of his testimony. Are those docs among those that were "returned"?
Basically I am wondering if there is something missing that is irretreivable?
To: Rennes Templar
"...Berger needs to come clean, tell the world that BC sent him in to remove documents that would destroy BC's legacy..."THAT'S probably the only way he can stay alive AND stay out of jail, R-T.
It reminds me of l'il-Dickie-Morris, after he fell out of favour with the klintoon. He started blabbing tidbits of data about the klintoon to anyone who would listen, always alluding that there was more to come. He therefore became too dangerous to snuff - too many hidden places of much more data.
Bergerler needs to turn evidence, and quick, if he wants to stay alive..............FRegards

It almost seems that many of the 911 families are preoccupied with their lawsuits these days..and for some, Bush Bashing.
