So what do you think the chances are that John Kerry is having a real bad day?
It says a lot about the judgment of the Democrats they're defending two people one of whom is under criminal investigation and other exposed as a liar. When it comes to national security, the Democrats couldn't find their behind with their two hands. And they're asking us to trust them with the White House?? They must be joking!

How noble of you, Mr Berger.
Truthfully, he should be going to jail.
watch out: sandy burglar will be lauded as having done the right thing, not like those rotten republicans ..... awoooooooowaaaaahh!!
Notice the AP's use of the passive voice: "the disappearance of terrosim documents," as if Harry Houndini is responsible.
Note to AP: The documents didn't disappear. Berger took them."
And he was the NSC man for Klintoon!WADJOKE! What a great ad for pubbies to distribute all around!
In other words, problem solved. What left wing horse manure. And the rest of the sentence sings a love song to Kerry as "Commander in Chief." Let me think, might it still be a problem that the idiot kerry would have made NS Advisor or Secretary of State is at least incompetent and probably duplicitous with top secret info?
"The cornerstone of Kerry's argument against Bush is that he used faulty intelligence and poor judgment in waging war against Iraq."
Versus Kerry using stolen intelligence and no judgement in waging a campaing against Bush
The investigation had threatened to become a political problem for Kerry ...Had threatened? This is wishful thinking on the AP reporter's part.
"Mr. Berger does not want any issue surrounding the 9/11 commission to be used for partisan purposes."
Why not? He stole state secrets for partisan purposes.
"Okay, Maddy...suppose you stuff them down your, uh, um...in your...Oh, never mind. Sandy's already
got 'em buried in his pockets and down his pants. And this meeting never happened."

Well, I guess quitting was a better option than blowing his brains out!
Did Berger tell Kerry he's under criminal investigation? If not, why not? And did he share classified info with Kerry? If so, why did Kerry retain him?
Throw Berger in jail for his stealing secret documents. I am sick of people in high office, or in Berger's case, former office, stealing secret documents.
He needs some serious jail time to put a chill on others who might follow his actions.
