Abstract: FTC chairman Timothy Muris said he sees no way for his agency to investigate the fairness or accuracy of Fox News' slogan, "Fair and Balanced," without getting into First Amendment territory where the commission doesn't belong.
They'll be stuck in 2000, while Kerry is stuck in the 1970's while the Democrats all look like they're from the 1960's, while the rest of us are gliding along in 2004 and beyond.
I was ready with addresses and advertisers of the alphabets to go after for THEIR parts. Remember the "America's network" slogan? How about the American Broadcasting Company. Advertisers include Michelin, Goodyear, etc. Jif, Kraft, P & G, GM, Ford, Toyota, MasterCard and Visa, to name a few, along with all those banks.......... There are always alternatives to way conservatives can spend their dollars.
