I saw the segment on Protest Warrior, it was great to see them counterattack the antiwar zealots.

Let them sue. They are just jealous of Fox and trying to rattle their chains as much as they can. They look like desperate fools who don't like the message that comes out of Fox so close to an election year.

This could get interesting.

Funny thing is that FOX just minutes ago displayed why the left hates them so much. They just ran a story on Protest warrior that clearly displayed the hate the left throws at anyone who disagrees.

Let them bring it on. FOX NEWS is more popular than ever. A lawsuit will simply give the cable network wider public exposure - which no amount of money can buy. Liberal idiots.

Can you say "summary judgement plus attorney fees"?

Yes I can say it. I can even sing it. It's a smashing little number from that great Broadway musical "FRCP Rule 11."

I guess all my local news stations had better shape up. They all claim to be the "best news station" or to offer "the fastest, most complete" news or some other such slogan. It's a slogan, for pity's sake. If I think station 48 isn't actually the best in town, do I get to sue them? What if station 9 doesn't cover a story until 10 minutes after station 48--can I hammer them for not giving the fatest news? It's just so ridiculous, but it's moveon.org. They are a bunch of crazed radicals.

The protest warrior piece, Yup...

How about that gal who said Im a professor and a mother.

Big hairy beal. That should be cause for concern, she is both reproducing and instructing other folks kids how to follow the Pied Piper down the path towards social decay...

They should be suing ABCBSNBCNN for calling themselves journalist. FoxNews is objective journalism.

...which it will reportedly announced that it will file a lawsuit challenging Fox News's tagline "Fair and Balanced."

What about Moron.Org's claim of being a "grass roots" organization???

Fox ought to counter-sue MoveOn.org for failing to Move On.

Fox should ask MoveOn if Ex Ackly, moveon's founder and Kerry advisor is suing Fox on behalf the Kerry campaign and moveon's billionaire bankroller George Soros.

I doubt this is true. I couldn't find it elsewhere, and you can't simply sue because someone claims to be 'fair and balanced'.

One can sue anyone over just about anything. The only real winners will be the lawyers.

I agree. We could sue that they don't report news and that they should change the name of the Evening News to the Evening Op/Ed.

FNC can counter sue MoveOn.org because they have and are not moving anywhere, but rather are a stationary website.

deal, not beal :-]

I think I'm gonna sue two local morning Bay Area "news" shows for their continuous biased reporting and off the cuff remarks they make about the Bush administration and conservatism in general. They are nothing less than insulting at best, and utter Moore-ons at worst.

The CensureAndMoveOns are suing because it is their only "defense" to being sued for their "Outfoxed" crockumentary (Fox News is taking them to task for copyright violations, among other things).

May soros spend every dollar that he ever earned, or otherwise gained.

May he live out the remainder of his days in impoverished obscurity.
