If this is true, it goes to show that these people are more insane and power-hungry than we could have ever imagined.

    This is a good thing...
FOX can compare it's broadcast to the drek that calls itself "news".

"Fair and Balanced" is a subjective opinion. How do you sue over an opinion?

Let's file suit against CNN,ABC,CBS,NBC,MSNBC etc.
Let's file suit against 60 minutes and their showcasing of only liberal books.

Well let's just see how "fair and balanced" is defined and to what standard it is compared. This will get very entertaining.

This is good for the public in that it will shine a critical light on ALL media, but it is unfair to FOX to be the only one carrying the financial responsiblity to defend itself.

NewsCorp's legal team could wind up digging some nifty dirt on MoveOn in discovery...

Precisely. "Fair and Balanced" is what is sometimes called 'mere puffery.' They will lose, but they might be trying to provoke FoxNews to make that claim in pleadings.

Nah. Just pre-planned harrassment during the election cycle.
When Al Franklin (sic intentional) came out with his "lying liars" book it was clear what was coming down the pike.
It's typical Democrat "we gonna accuse you of what you been accusin Clinton and friends of therefore everybody does it so who cares" crap.
Should be good for a laugh and maybe Fox will get a chance to expose Frankensoros.

This is great. FNC can counter sue MoveOn.org because they have and are not moving anywhere, but rather are a stationary website.

Every English speaking person in the world is damaged by this, FNC should ask that FNC be required to mail $100 to every man woman and child in the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc. That should pretty much take up all of Soros' money. Of course he can keep $100 for damaging himself.

MoveOn.org sponsored that hideous speaking engagement when Al Gore was losing his mind. They are presuming they're the ones to judge what is fair and balanced? What a bunch of tossers they are.

Counter sue moveon.org as a political machine. They figure if they can't humiliate Fox, they will try to silence them. Can't have dissenting opinion out there.

To: SandyInSeattle
One can sue anyone over just about anything. The only real winners will be the lawyers.

Now, I've seen a lot of ridiculous stuff come from the Democrats, but are you sure this is legit? Did it come from The Onion??
