I want to put together a video for streaming. I want to show the contrast between Bush and the left, hoping to get African Americans to consider conservatism.
I would also appreciate any other input on how the video should go. I have not made up my mind fully what I want. I will make it available for any one who wants to run it on TV.
If someone asks you that, ask them to explain to you how bush has helped "european-americans" out.

Very simple. He hasn't treated blacks as a separate and protected class. He's treated them as equals and refused to accept their race as playing a part.

He cut their taxes. He has aggressively fought the war on terror to keep them safe here at home. He has promoted a pro-growth agenda to create jobs. This question is so easy it's boring. Just highlight all the things he has accomplished. Tax cuts don't care what skin color you are. Neither do jihadists. The things he has accomplished affect ALL americans.
I think you have to look at areas that Bush's positions are supported in the black community over the Dems. School Choice/Vouchers is a biggie. Opposition to Gay Marriage is another one, along with traditional family and religious values. Being strong against terrorism is an issue that plays well with everyone.
He lowered taxes for the poorest taxpayers by 33 %. The "tax cuts for the rich" really was the Clinton tax structure, under the Bush Structure, the rich pay MORE of the percentage of total taxes.
He pushed vouchers for education.
He provided tax writeoffs for school loans and other tax advantages for higher education.
Increased the deduction for dependents.
Opening shot: Af Amer workers in a field (maybe picking cotton) - zoom in to show them getting their paychecks - show them rejoicing, breaking into song, hugging, dancing - as they see the increase in their takehome pay resulting from the tax cuts.
Not sure about dialogue or voice overs - I'll get back to you later with more helpful hints on those. :)

From yesterday's Glenn Beck show, since 6/02 1.5 million minorities have purchased their own home, more than at any time in history. In general, 68% of the population (all races) now have homeownership, again more than at any time in history. He apparently got these figures from some government website.
Reduced taxes, defended the nation against terrorism, unsigned the Kyoto treaty, gave the UN the finger, signed the ban on partial birth abortion, defends against the homosexual agenda, nominates conservative judges, etc, etc. These are all good things for ALL Americans.
Bush has been color blind. When he helps Americans he helps American-Americans.
Bush has helped all Americans by defending our very freedom and survival including taking back a country for each of two towers attacked on 9/11, extending freedom to millions and millions of enslaved and oppressed people, causing Libya to voluntary declare its WMD programs and cease and desist, lowering all our taxes, providing a positive business climate to stimulate the economy, growth, business investment, the market, and ultimately jobs for everyone, taking on corporate greed head-on with new rules and regulations to protect the small investor and the public, increasing prescription drug support for seniors, improving the education system, shutting down the terrorist network in America, and demanding countries around the world do their part including restricting funds, leading the fight for energy self-sufficiency and hydrogen fuel economies, challenging man, science and technology with a bold mission to travel to Mars, bringing dignity and respect to the office of the Presidency, appointing Rice, Powell and Paige to prominent roles in the administration (the highest ranking black administration in history).

I think the premise is flawed because I hate thinking of ethnic groups as having special needs that Bush himself is suppopsed to address. We're all americans. period. But I'll play ...
Bush recruited black americans for the most serious, demanding and prestigous cabinet positions, i.e. Secretary of State and National Security Advisor. No token appointments.
Bush cut taxes for all tax-paying Americans.
Bush kicked butt in the middle east when attacked.
Focus on African American business owners. They, like myself (Caucasian biz owner) realized the same benefits from the tax cuts, and are rapidly recovering the lost revenue due to the 9/11 attacks and the recession.
You might also consider bringing up the "death tax". We are now beginning to see the first wave of financially sucessful African American business owners dying off. Its my opinion a large percentage have no idea how much of their estates won't go to their children and grandchildren.
Nobody has bothered to point this stuff out in a way that hits home. Good luck.
Where in the Constitution does it say the President's job includes "helping" anyone or any particular group in any way?
