He has asked me for my phone number...I used the deaf excuse....he asked for my fax number so I sent him one that comes to my email. I really don't think this is the same guy....his attitude is much better now.

Probably not. They work in teams....scammer A gets you on the hook (so he thinks) and then he passes you onto an accomplice, scammer B (who probably has more experience) pretending to be scammer A. It doesnt matter as long as you get one of those guys in front of the webcam.

He will probably send you a fax of his "documents". If not, then he just wanted the number as a sort of confirmation of your identity.
