he asked for my fax number so I sent him one that comes to my email.
He will probably send you a fax of his "documents". If not, then he just wanted the number as a sort of confirmation of your identity.
He took a long to get back to me after I sent him my fax info....but here is the latest. I am gonna get my picture!!!

How are you doing my good friend and business partner.I have been able to
take the picture and will collect it from the photo studio by thursday which
means that i will forward the documents and picture to you by then.I had
to pay up the balance of legal fees to the attorney in charge and that is
the reason for the slight delay in sending you the documents as they have
been ready for a couple of weeks now.I will send all the said materials
