I wonder if this guy turned himself in knowing he would be safe in Iran when the Al Qaeda plot is launched in the U.S. soon? Meaning he knows he will at least be kept alive by living in Iran.
I don't have a good feeling about the guy all of a sudden "turning himself in",Al Qaeda does not have a conscience.
