To Whom It May Concern:
It has come to our attention that a group called Win Back Respect has offered an open letter from American scholars studying abroad condemning the foreign policy of the administration of President George W. Bush. This group of students has described Americans foreign policy initiatives as arrogant and further charged that these policies have endangered Americans living abroad.
While we respect their concerns and opinions, as fellow young leaders and scholars from around the world, it is our personal experience that their views misrepresent American foreign policy and its effects throughout the international community. During his term, President Bush has worked diligently to address all aspects of foreign policy including immediate threats, emerging threats and humanitarian concerns.
President Bush wisely realized that in a world after September 11th it is necessary to cooperate with nations from around the globe to prosecute an effective war against the immediate threat of terrorism. There are currently 70 nations supporting Americas efforts in the Global War on Terrorism. This coalition of the willing is working hard every day to defeat terrorism, wherever it may exist.
Strong action in Afghanistan and Iraq removed immediate and gathering threats to the security of the United States. Americas efforts in these two countries have helped to give Afghans and Iraqis new freedoms and opportunities that they could not have otherwise realized.
President Bush has also worked to address emerging international threats. Libya, due to American and British efforts, is dismantling its weapons of mass destruction and long-range missile programs. Additionally, the Presidents Middle East Partnership Initiative seeks to address the hatred and cultural misunderstanding that contribute to the roots of terrorism by laying the foundation for cooperation and dialogue between the peoples of America and the Middle East.
President Bush has also confronted issues, that while not immediate security concerns for the United States, are important for America to address as members of the international community. The U.S. has and continues to invest billions of dollars to combat AIDS globally. Specifically, President Bushs Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief aims to achieve the goals of treating at least two million people with anti-retroviral therapy, preventing seven million new infections, and caring for 10 million persons infected with and affected by HIV, including orphans and vulnerable children. Furthermore, in Sudan, the Bush administration continues to lead other Western nations in determined action to end the ongoing genocide.
These examples demonstrate President Bushs skillful handling of Americas foreign policy. Unlike our colleagues we are proud to support Americas principled action and efforts to spread freedom, equality and prosperity throughout the world. Ultimately, American foreign policy can not be driven by a desire to appease or pursue universal consensus at the expense of freedom and security. As history has repeatedly shown, what is right may not be popular and what is popular may not be right.

Idiots. It's only arrogance if you're wrong. President Bush's foreign policy is not wrong, it is exactly the correct foreign policy to have in the dangerous world in which we are living.
Bump
Bush Foreign policy is arrogant? Bring up and compare the Clinton Albright ultimatum to Yugoslavia to give up Kosovo - both illegal and arrogant in one shot.
Your great president is good. He make America strong and I like it. I want your great president again. America need your President now America strong is good not weak. He is welcome to my country. And he is my hero and Polish Grom hero.

Thank you for your support... This is very important! Any help is greatly appreciated.
Frankly, g-gop, the only things W has going for him in my book are the two pro-homo Johns, Kerry and Edwards.
Thank you for the warm thoughts that let us know - again - that in the world, and especially in such countries as Poland, there are many, many friends of freedom and justice.
Poland has shown this with its troops serving with allied troops in Iraq.
Poland has shown this in its difficult struggle over years and years with oppressive and murderous communism.
Truly, freedom does not come - and does not remain - without struggle.
We have many Polish-Americans here - as in the city of Cleveland, Ohio, where there is Polish traditional music on the radio.
