No, they will always point North. Wherever that North is.

Let's make it clearer. Compasses will point to the NORTH Magnetic Pole (as defined by modern science) where ever that pole may be geographically (as defined by modern cartography), even if it is now located in the Southern (cartographically) Hemisphere.
