NC ping, Please

What refreshing candor, honesty & courage!
Someone who says what I think.
Thanks!
It's not my state, but I want to send this guy ten bucks!
Anytime, my friend...
Hey, can this guy become head of RNC instead?
MKM
What did it say? I've only got dial-up!
I have DSL here @ work, and am downloading it now.
I just watched that TV ad and then showed it to everybody in my family. The thing is, ads like that one will help more than just Vernon - - the ads will help ALL conservatives and even all Republicans in the areas in which they are shown. If only Bush and other Republicans had the guts to show the exact same commercial over and over and over.
I shall be sending Mr. Vernon Robinson a campaign donation today.
The ad starts with a view of an old TV and the theme from 'The Twilight Zone' playing. The ad then shows:
1. Osama; Nick Berg and his executioners.
2. A couple of homosexuals kissing and a pair of wedding cake "grooms".
3. Some feminist activists holding "God is a Dyke" placards.
4. A judge's banging gavel (Narrator: "Liberal judges are rewriting the Constitution every day."
5. A burning flag followed by some school children saying the Pledge but then covering their mouths when they get to the word "God". (Narrator: "You can burn the American flag and destroy the institution of marriage but you can't show the Ten Commandments or say the word 'God' in public."
6. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton (Narrator: "Seven out of ten black children are born out of wedlock but Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton think the answer is racial quotas.")
7. A formation of flying saucers followed by pictures of illegals swarming through a broken fence. (Narrator: "The aliens are here but they didn't come from outer space. They came through unguarded Mexican borders by the millions."
The ad ends with Vernon Robinson pointing to the TV and saying that if he is elected, he will send THAT stuff back to the Twilight Zone. He also says, "I am Vernon Robinson and I approved this ad and I support traditional American values." (paraphrased)
That was a quick synopsis for those who are interested in the ad's contents in a hurry. Maybe somebody will post an exact transcript.
Rebelbase,
Thanks for posting this. Stuff like this brings joy to my heart and gives me great hope for the nation. I shall be bumping this often and posting the link on other threads when approriate opportunities arise.
Regards,
LH

Complete (I hope) transcript at #16.
Thanks for posting that!
Great job but for one thing:
When the ad ends, there is a scene from the old TV sitcom, 'Leave It To Beaver' where Beaver is smiling and looking out the back of the family sedan as Ward drives away. This is accompanied by a short clip of the 'Leave It To Beaver' theme song.
You are right. I got in a hurry and forgot to post that last bit.
later
