But Edwards is a Democrat while Qayle was a Republican. Age is not a factor for Democrats because they have reached full maturity at 12 or 13.
Someone said, "If you are a conservative under the age of 22, you have no heart. But if you are a liberal over the age of 22, you have no brain."
The media love fest over Edwards continues to amaze me. Despite all of his energy, eloquence, and ability to connect with Dem core values, Edwards won one primary against one of the least charismatic candidates the Dems have ever produced. Go figure.
