The report by the Imperial Senate on the Intelligence failures leading up to the WTC attack by America’s enemies is full of half-truths and outright lies. I saw no place where the blame for any intelligence failure was placed, where it should have been, on the left-wing anti-Americans that inhabit the United States Senate. It is evident now more that ever that the XVII amendment to the Constitution has become a dismal failure, and must be repealed.

As with the Imperial Senate of Rome that grew into a club of wealthy, fat-cats whose only desire was to remain in power and bask in the aurora of that supremacy, the present inhabitants of our once treasured and liberty loving Senate have sunken into that same hole with their support of Americas enemies and not the American people.

The report, in my opinion is not correct. If it is correct then the use of chemical weapons by Saddam against his people and the Iranians must have been a figment. The weapons discovered by the UN after the first Gulf War must have been a figment. The poison gas shells found to date, that could have killed over 100,000 people, must be a figment. The documentation, for implementing chemical and biological weapons production that has been found and is being found daily must be a figment. There is no tyrant that would give up his wealth, total life and death control over his people, his ability to have anything he wanted, his ability to take anything, over false or misleading information concerning his possession or ability to manufacture chemical and biological weapons – He already used them.

What the Imperial Senate does not say is that they are responsible for the intelligence failure that lead up to 9-11 and if Saddam did not have chemical or bio weapons then they also are to blame for that failure. They decimated the ability of the United States intelligence community to do their jobs. They put laws on the books that did not allow the FBI to talk with the CIA or other intelligence agencies. They are totally responsible for the deaths of all of the terrorist attacks that lead up to 9-11 and are responsible for deaths of American military personnel in Iraq and other terror theaters because of their giving of aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States.

The hundreds of thousands of people who were killed, mass graves and documentation is found daily, by Saddam seems not to bother the Imperial Senate. They were bothered by the Serbs ethnic cleansing of the Moslems in the Balkans, and have supported troops there for the past 7 years. They however, must not be concerned with Saddam’s killing and torture of what could be millions of people, nor his threat against the American People.

When the President of Russia tells us that Saddam is going to attack, it is time to protect the American people. If the Imperial Senate does not want to protect the American people they should resign and repeal the XVII amendment to the Constitution so that true Americans can once again be appointed, as the founding fathers dictated in the Constitution, by the individual State Legislators so that once again the Senate of the United States will be representative of the American people, and we will have true Americans in that hallowed chamber.

Partial list of Terrorist Weapons - Found in Iraq:

* A clandestine network of laboratories and safehouses within the Iraqi Intelligence Service
that contained equipment subject to UN monitoring and suitable for continuing CBW research.

* A prison laboratory complex, possibly used in human testing of BW agents, that Iraqi officials
working to prepare for UN inspections were explicitly ordered not to declare to the UN.

* Reference strains of biological organisms concealed in a scientist's home,
one of which can be used to produce biological weapons.

* New research on BW-applicable agents, Brucella and Congo Crimean Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF),
and continuing work on ricin and aflatoxin were not declared to the UN.

* Documents and equipment, hidden in scientists' homes, that would have been useful in
resuming uranium enrichment by centrifuge and electromagnetic isotope separation (EMIS).

* A line of UAVs not fully declared at an undeclared production facility and an admission
that they had tested one of their declared UAVs out to a range of 500 km, 350 km beyond the permissible limit.

* Continuing covert capability to manufacture fuel propellant useful only for prohibited SCUD variant missiles,
a capability that was maintained at least until the end of 2001 and that cooperating Iraqi scientists
have said they were told to conceal from the UN.

* Plans and advanced design work for new long-range missiles with ranges up to at least 1000 km -
well beyond the 150 km range limit imposed by the UN. Missiles of a 1000 km range would have allowed
Iraq to threaten targets through out the Middle East, including Ankara, Cairo, and Abu Dhabi.

Clandestine attempts between late-1999 and 2002 to obtain from North Korea technology
related to 1,300 km range ballistic missiles --probably the No Dong -- 300 km range anti-ship cruise missiles,
and other prohibited military equipment.

Still missing based on the UNSCOM report to the UN Security Council in January 1999,
when the UN inspectors left Iraq in 1998, they had been unable to account for:

• up to 360 tons of bulk chemical warfare agents, including 1.5 tons of VX nerve agent;

• up to 3,000 tons of precursor chemicals, including approximately 300 tons which,
in the Iraqi chemical warfare program, were unique to the production of VX;

• growth media procured for biological agent production (enough to produce
over three times the 8,500 litres of anthrax spores Iraq admitted to UN inspectors to having manufactured);

• over 30,000 special munitions for delivery of chemical and biological agents;

• 20 al-Hussein missles with a range of 650 km, in violation
of UN Security Council Resolution 687 (Iraq had told UNSCOM that it filled these warheads with anthrax and botulinum);

• 2,850 tons of mustard gas, 210 tons of tabun, and 795 tons of sarin and cyclosarin;

• development of the Al-Samoud short-range missle (which had the capability to fly beyond the 150 km allowed by UN resolutions)
