I dunno. I think it would take a large amount of any chemical that would need mixing to disable an airline cabin. Unless there was a "package" prepositioned by a terrorist that had infiltrated the airline itself and could get aboard to plant something on the target aircraft. I don't think there's anyplace available in your typical aircraft toilet that would allow for this.

What is the chemical used in the head itself?
Ignoring that for a minute, who cleans the aircraft? I remember an undercover news story in ATL shortly after the towers went down. A reporter was hired as security, with no background check whatsoever, and he had access to the cockpit, and planted a pager under the captain's seat.
