I fell asleep, did anyone catch it?

SIL just called me about the info below, said he heard a group called Threat Matrix would be featured, but he is not sure how it was worded for he was paying no mind until he heard "Threat Matrix", looked on the net and this is all I got, For all he knows the context of that phrase was not even us, but it's worth a 50/50 ;):
