A mysterious power failure at Logan Airport that delayed dozens of flights for more than five hours has still not been explained – six days later.

Airport officials insist airline security was not compromised during the blackout Monday at Logan International's Terminal E, but backup electrical systems failed to kick in as they are programmed under such circumstances.

I don't like it, but I think I'd be more concerned if they were divesting themselves of continental US properties. The article doesn't say whether or not these numbers are the total purchased, or the net purchased (after subtracting out anything they sold)... so we don't know, for example, if perhaps they SOLD $30 Billion in properties in anticipation of falling real estate values after a massive terrorist strike.

If we think that Russia of China supplied the nuke to the terrorist organization that set one off on American soil, then the Chechens or the islamic Chinese counterpart, will acquire a nuke with the same or greater magnitude along with technical and over site help to make sure it ends up in good target in Russia or China.

If China or Russia use a proxy terrorist war to harm America we will do the same. We will respond to nukes or other WMD or we open ourselves up to continued attacks and defeat.

There will also be an overt response against the terrorist organization.

If we feel the nuke came from Pakistan or Iran, there will be a nuke response. We need to take out their nukes anyway.

Basically even if we feel that Russia or China is the big player behind the attack, the islamic world still thinks it is their attack. If we do not retaliate in spades in the islamic world they will think they have won and will continue to attack with impunity. This guy is wrong...there will be a response. We might not know who to target but a target will be found probably one of convince Iranian or Pakistani nuke sites.

She hadn't heard of these suspicions and instead has been hearing overwhelming corroboration of her experience in thousands of e-mails, many from pilots and flight attendants reporting similar incidents.

Funny after reading your post, my husband just called. He is flying today and just had lunch in an airport restaurant. He and several others who work with him were talking about me telling him not to get on a plane with 5 or more Arabs on it(he was probably laughing at me with them). A flight attendant was sitting at the table next to them and joined in on the conversation.

She began to tell him how carefully they are watching such incidents and that they can turn people in if the slightest thing that makes them uncomfortable and do. She said that many of them will refuse to fly if to many male Arabs get on board of a plane. She also stated that there have been several incidents lately, such as a couple of guys were taken off a plane recently when they were caught taking pictures of all parts inside of the plane with their cell phones. They had hundreds pictures of all angles in the plane.
