The American public if hit with a nuke, chem attack or bio attack at home will go ballistic and demand retaliation immediately in spades. This attack's response will not be like the first attacks response on the World Trade Center which was measured and well thought out. If the US government does not do enough then anti-islamic groups will form and begin their own under the radar war.
It seems they have learned nothing from 9-11 or Pearl Harbor. America does not cave in when you attack her on her own soil there will be a response. And they wonder why we think them stupid.

Inventory Following Security Lapse

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. July 15, 2004 — Another security breach at Los Alamos National Laboratory prompted the lab to halt all classified work Thursday while officials conduct a wall-to-wall inventory of sensitive data.
The stand-down began at noon, and the inventory of CDs, floppy disks and other data storage devices is expected to be completed within days, lab spokesman Kevin Roark said.
