A mysterious power failure at Logan Airport that delayed dozens of flights for more than five hours has still not been explained – six days later.

Airport officials insist airline security was not compromised during the blackout Monday at Logan International's Terminal E, but backup electrical systems failed to kick in as they are programmed under such circumstances.

Bioterrorists using commercially available technology and materials could, with relative ease, make a synthesized version of the polio virus, the Canadian military has warned.

"There are concerns that terrorists can now create viruses," says a military intelligence assessment obtained by Ottawa researcher Ken Rubin through the Access to Information Act.

Those 4's have got me wondering too ... perhaps the 2000-dollar bill represents the United States; the 4's are at each corner. Maybe the 4's represent four nukes for each city in each corner of the U.S. - Seattle, L.A., N.Y., Miami. Just a guess.
