Michael Moore's the one, right ~ the third terrorist in the baseball cap?
Who among you my fellow Freepers have studied up on this? Is she just a grassy knoller or does she have a solid case?
QUESTION: Jayna, why is the current Justice Department not following up on your information?
Archive bump.
Some members of the 9-11 commission are reading her book right now.
I just dropped the book into my shopping cart at Amazon. (My favorite store on Earth by a LONG shot.)

I am reading her book now. She certainly has her ducks in a row and her sources from the intel community and her sources in the Phillipines.
I wonder if she will be on 60 Minutes, the network evening news and the morning shows? SARCASM!
Hello Freepers. I'm Jayna Davis, the author of The Third Terrorist. To begin, I would like to extend my profound appreciation to Doug from Upland for his immeasurable contribution in bringing my investigation to the wonderfully talented and politically sane people of FreeRepublic. He has dedicated his time and resources to personally book several prominent radio programs to promote my message. Thank you, Doug!
I will try to answer all of your questions as comprehensively as possible. I will also share only what I have been able to confirm through several independent sources while avoiding speculation or hearsay testimony.
Before we begin our forum, I would like to recount a colorful story. I was sitting in the Chicago law firm of David P. Schippers on March 15, 2001 (Chapter 20: American Hero) when the adminstrators from Free Republic arrived to bestow upon Schippers an award for his valor in prosecuting the impeachment trial of President William Jefferson Clinton. I did not witness the presentation, however, Schippers explained to me his excitement about being chosen for such an honor. That was the first day I spent fact-to-face with the extraordinary lawyer whom I consider an American hero. That said, let the fun begin this evening at 8:00 PM Central.
Oklahoma City bomber Terry Nichols met with World Trade Center bomber Ramzi Yousef in the Philippines before he and Timothy McVeigh carried out their plot, investigative reporter Jayna Davis said Wednesday.
"Terry Nichols and Ramzi Yousef met personally in the Philippines on the island of Mindanao in the early 1990s to discuss, of all things, bombmaking," Davis told ABC Radio Network host John Batchelor.
On Wednesday, an Oklahoma jury returned a 161-count murder verdict against Nichols. He is expected to face the death penalty. But the bizarre Yousef-Nichols tie-in did not come up in the trial.
Davis said she didn't think Nichols would ever discuss his relationship with Yousef, who devised a plot known as Operation Bojinka, a kamikaze airliner hijacking plan that became the blueprint for the 9/11 attacks.
"Sources close to the defense have told me, and this comes from recorded conversations with his wife, Lana Padilla, that Terry Nichols is going to remain clammed up for the rest of his natural days on earth," Davis told Batchelor.
Pinging you to this thread.
Jayna should make a *real* documentary using all the data she has compiled.
6pm PACIFIC -- Jayna here with the Freepers
Someone please ask Jayna for me -
If the blast of the FBI building in OKC was NOT just
a random act against a U.S. government building, but
instead was directed at THAT SPECIFIC site because of
things those agents were working on ....
THEN WHAT were the biggest cases being worked on by
those agents at that FBI building in OKC?
Was it perhaps the investigations into Clinton corruption
ala: Ron Brown, Michael Brown, Enron, the Lums, the Riadys,
the chinese cash for secrets, etc...
The author of Ron Brown's Body (Cashill) said it was the
OKLAHOMA FBI that led the investigation/indictments of
those.
Retaliation? Clinton-sponsored?
Were those agents possibly getting too close to the
truth behind Waco?
One, How come there has been no discussion on the time lapse between the time the building began to shake, as though an earthquake was in progress, allowing at least seven to nine seconds warning for at least one person in the building to look for a desk to hide under BEFORE the blast from the truck which supposedly did all the damage was heard by the person -- after he found a desk and hid under it?
Is the speed of sound THAT slow? I don't think so.
Two, is there any record of the highway patrolman who arrested McVeigh having someone else in the car with him when he was speeding down the highway before he came upon the McVeigh vehicle? If so, how come he was not deposed or required to give testimony? If I remember correctly, the officer used the phrase, "WE" somewhere in his testimony.
Thank you very much and take good care of yourself.

Would anyone like to know the last known whereabouts of Al-Hussaini? It is the same town that is the victim of the Bambino's Curse. For you who are not baseball fans, that would be Boston.
For those who haven't read the book, have you ever heard the name Edwin Angeles? He is the cofounder of the Philippines-based terrorist organization, Abu Sayyav, who asserted he witnessed Terry Nichols's meeting with notorious Middle Eastern terrorists such as Ramzi Yousef.
Doug, thanks for setting this up. You rock.
