Just reading a transcript, I can still hear his monotonous droning voice. I had the exact same response. That little smirk, like we're in on some snide joke with him. I end up watching him for at least a few minutes every night because I generally don't turn the TV on until about 10:00. MSNBC and CNBC are all talk shows at that hour and Fox is all Laci Peterson.
To: Cableguy
Yeah, and has he ever been out to dinner with a conservative officeholder, or the wife or wife-to-be thereof? I think we all know the answer to that one.
To: Cableguy
This was the highlight of this losers life. I dont who makes a better mortician- Aaron Brown or Lurch.

Isn't THAT the truth...With all that money, you would think she could have had some plastic surgery.

Did she tell him she worked for the CIA during a heavy petting session?
Whoops, wrong thread.

Ms. Edwards appears a bit chunky and has been seen hiding behind large flowing robes and other tent-like clothes. I suspect we will soon hear of some escapades by the Junior Senator from NC after seeing the fire plug he is married to. Ms. "Pickle" has to be pinching herself for having to stand on the same podium with the Pillsbury dough girl..

Brown's probably bragging because it's the only hetero date he ever had.

Edwards has held his age well but I wonder how his wife will take it when the public hears of another sex scandal if he's elected?

Actually, two hair comments were made by J. France Kerry today. The one you refer to and another to the effect "it's nice to have somebody else with hair on the road with me".

We begin tonight with a confession: I dated John Edwards' wife. Well, not dated like plural, dated like singular. We went out to dinner. Well, we didn't actually go out to dinner. We went to a dinner, just the two of us -- and 2,000 other people. Sounds more like Hank Kimball from Green Acres.

And did you hear Kerry say today "...and we have better hair." LOL I saw the press conference when he said that.
That was a pretty irrelevant thing to say.

It was the one soundbite they played over and over today when talking about the rally. I can't believe that liberals thought that that was an impressive thing to say. Great hair is not going to win the war on terror.

Irrelevant is a fine word to sum up Kerry.

If a friend was trying to set you up on a blind date this is what he would say.
I see you've got the same ex-friend as me...
