haha ! Yep, I saw it on FOX News when Dubya said it. I'll repost my earlier comment now:
This morning, FOX News showed a clip of Dubya (in a press conference, I guess). The reporter ran though John Edwards "qualities", among them being (I think) "Charm, charisma, high energy", and even being "a bit sexy". Having framed the issue, he then asked President Bush how he thought Cheney contrasted with Edwards. Dubya's reply:
"Cheney could be President!"
