Democrat Kicks Dog During 4th of July Parade

Kicking Dogs

Laura from the Hennepin County for Bush campaign writes:

Worked the Edina [MN] 4th of July Parade for Bush today and one Edina volunteer brought her beautiful golden retriever festooned with Bush placards. No sooner did the parade start than the dog was firmly kicked by a Kerry supporter. I kid you not a woman kicked our George Bush mascot dog. When asked “Did you just kick my dog?” the woman relied “Yes, I did! Get the hell out of here and get George Bush the hell out of here too!” Nice. Probably a member of PETA ironically enough.

On the one hand, it's just pathetic; kicking a dog.

My GSD is 132# -- I'd like to see her try to kick him!

No character and no morals. The left is not hemmed in by those annoying things.

Anyone who kicks my dog had better have his life insurance paid up.

I've never really had a chance to explore the meaning of the phrase "stomp a mudhole in your a**", but anyone kicking my dog is very likely to find themselves the subject of a little exploration...

P.S. The dog is a sweetheart. The owner will bite.

I think a major beat down would have been a better response. Damn! I loathe democrats!

You should have her arrested for cruelty to animals. Doing so will publicize her actions. And if she is convicted in Minnesota, I believe she can be sentenced to up to 360 days in jail.

After all those philosophy posts by your dog, any liberal wouldn't stand a chance in a debate. :)

My pup Great Pyrenees is 120#. Chow is 50#. They are too sweet to do anything about something like that though. But I'm not. She would have gone down and not gotten back up!!!

"I thought you said your dog does not bite"

"It's not my dog"

Anyone who would kick a Golden would likely do the same to a child, old person, or anything else that annoyed them or "got in their way". I may be a Northern breed person but Goldens are one of the most beautiful, sweet natured animals around. I can't even stand imaging the way the poor dog felt...they are so trusting and loving.

Yes, you absolutely must have this a--hole arrested. It is against the law, pure and simple to kick a dog. I join the others on here who would've beat their ass and then fought it out in court ;)

I was just remarking to Mr. FourPeas today after watching an Independence Day parade that the crowd was quite polite when the Kerry nuts walked by. A few people clapped but most stood quietly. No heckling. No booing. No confrontations except by a Kerry supporter who tried to get a Bush supporter to take some of his propaganda and kept asking him if he wanted his children or grandchildren to have to fight in Iraq.

My question to Mr. FourPeas was: do you think Bush/Cheney supporters would have been treated so politely had the crowd been mostly Kerry supporters?

This incident was a "party-of-tolerance" moment.

Is it a felony or a misdemeanor? Convicted felons lose their voting rights.

No character and no morals...

No sense of decency, either...get this:

I was in NYC for a brief holiday this past weekend and was sitting in a bar (JR's) attached to the Broadway Inn. A woman and man, I'd say late 40's or so, well dressed and not drunk, were sitting beside me. CNN was on the TV at the bar and the news flash about the guy that shot some people at his place of work came on. The woman turns to me (we hadn't spoken a word to each other to this point) and blurts out "Imagine that, shooting up his workplace. Why didn't he do something useful, like shoot Bush and Cheney!?"

I just about fell off my barstool. I turned to her and in the most disgusted voice I could muster said "I find the fact that you would even casually wish he's shoot the President and VP to be utterly appalling and incredibly offensive. Stop it."

The woman started apologizing repeatedly but I just gave her a look of disgust and said "Yeah, sure" and turned my back to her. They left shortly after, silently.

I really couldn't believe this woman's arrogance and ignorance, and as a Canuck I'm much familiar with arrogant liberals. I'm glad I wasn't well into the pops and at least able to control MY emotions.

You should have called the FBI or the Secret Service immediately.
