ARREST IN TERRIFYING SEX RAIDS
New York Post ^ | 6/30/2004 | Lisa Pulitzer

A pervert who broke into two Long Island homes and sexually assaulted sleeping women was busted after one victim identified him as a carpenter who had worked on her home, cops said yesterday.

Police believe the suspect, Antonio Escobar, 31, is an illegal alien who has been getting day-labor jobs with construction crews.

One of the victims managed to fight him off, the other, whose 5-month old baby was in the room, was raped, cops said.

'snip'

"The victims husband had just left for work,"...."This guy climbed into bed with with her. He threatened to kill her and her small child who was sleeping nearby."

Mine's always loaded and available. I don't know how handy it would be, though, if someone jumped my bones while I was sleeping. Maybe it's time to get a dog.

The following from the article is something people need to steer clear of. Don't hire day laborers and watch who you do allow to work in or around your home.

...an illegal alien...

Just here to do a job (on some American women) and better his (sex) life.

Big tall tree and a short piece of rope.

Waste of rope, and an insult to a noble tree. Shoot him in the back of the head and toss him over the border, let the Mexicans bury him..

Perhaps so, as if having a visa would have magically thwarted his behavior.

I believe the tree and the rope, if they could voice an opinion on the issue, would proudly and gladly help us out in this matter...hopefully until the crows and buzzards picked his bones clean.

The politicians in these damn sanctuary cities need to be sued personally when this stuff happens. From Newsday:

The contractor who hired Escobar provided police with his address.

Police arrested Escobar, who is believed to be an undocumented immigrant from Guatemala, at the home he and his girlfriend shared...

Lynn Gigante, 40, who lives across the street, said there are several families with young children also living there.

Records show Escobar was sentenced to six months in jail for driving while intoxicated in 2000 and is currently on probation. In 1999, he was convicted of attempted menacing, in which a three-year order of protection was issued. Later that year, he was sentenced to five months in jail for a forgery conviction.

My question is was there a loaded and available firearm in the home.

This is New York City (Get a Rope!), where the law abiding are disarmed and defenseless.

That might be too good for that worthless piece of trash. He deserves to be drawn & quartered with a rusty hacksaw. Any predator like this is a menace to society.

If one doesn't see the escalation in crimes by hispanics in the last year

then one is a fool or George Bush's advisor.

Next time hire an American citizen or a legal immigrant.

True --- sometimes you get the kind of job you pay for. If someone makes the decision to hire someone who could have no background checks done --- just to save a few dollars --- that's their problem.

Uh... some wives are stingy with conjugal favors. Believe me.

That is why you should never buy a car without taking a spin around the block first.

They certainly see the escalation in crimes by hispanics in Mexico City --- they had a mega-protest the other day --- with half a million or so people protesting in the streets. They themselves realize crime is out of control in their population.

Don't hire day laborers and watch who you do allow to work in or around your home.

Yes --- there is a reason to look for the "licensed and bonded" companies. You might pay slightly more --- but money isn't everything. In Mexico rape isn't much prosecuted.

The two victims had hired different contractors; the police did not release names of the companies that employed Mr. Escobar.

Don't protect them, arrest them.

Since I'm in L.A., I just assume that any contractors will likely be hiring day laborers. I make sure to write down the license plate numbers of any vehicle/s that show up. You never know when that might come in handy.

If he's an illegal no doubt the French government will intervene and say that we have no right to try him.

What a great idea! I always thought it was a stupid plan to bus illegals back to the Mexican border where they just turn around and come right back in.

We can fly them to France and dump them!
