I disagree, I think she knows exactly what she is saying and believes it and recent history shows us that she will have a lot of support. Remember, there are still many folks out there that believe that Maxism/Socialism hasn't worked only because it hasn't been tried by the "right people", this is the age-old lie. Beware--and prepare yourself.

"We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."

Like your money, your freedom, your children, and all of your basic civil rights.

"Are you comparing Marx to Rand? I just want to better understand your point......"

Funny you should ask that. I see Rand and Marx as flip sides of the coin. Marxists call it dialectical materialism. Don't remember a lot of Rand but think her view is metaphysical objectivism.

I threw relativism in there because the left is imbued with that view of utility toward life, morality and power.

In any event, Hillary is just plain Marxist for thee but not for her and that wastrel walking gonad.

I don't think she does realize it.
Dick Morris called Hillary Clinton a "liberal ideologue."
Convinced of the purity of their motives, liberal ideologues believe they are working for the betterment of mankind, or some other silly goal, and are oblivious to or unconcerned about the costs of their dreams.
