NEW YORK - Tomorrow night Dan Proft, President of Leader Media, and former advisor to former Senate Candidate Jack Ryan will appear on O'Reilly factor to discuss the push from the media to delve into sealed divorce records. Proft is among those now suing for access to John Kerry's sealed records. ABC News and Fox are both pursuing the developing story - that appears now to be destined to open the private files of the Democratic candidate for President.

Its about time.
I find it wrong to open sealed records, but if it was done to one candidate, than it must be done to another. Why is it of public concern for a congressional candidate, yet not for a presidental candidate?
It is stooping to the dims level, but sometimes you must.
Only Republican divorce cases or DWI cases may be opened to the media. It's like Teresa's tax return. Not to be made public.
I believe, should you check, parts, or all, of divorce records are public information.
At least those parts of a divorce that are litigated before a judge.
You may not wish to be aware of the information, as it may, or may not, relate to a candidate for public office, but I dare say there are others that do.
And you managed to keep a straight face delivering the punch line...My hat is off to you, FRiend.
The former Mrs Ryan! Mamma mia! She is hot hot hot! Seven of Nine? I give her a Ten of Ten!
But Kerry is not a private citizen. He's a public servant and could be one who governs us all.

This afternoon, Leader Media President Dan Proft announced that IllinoisLeader.com plans to file suit to obtain Massachusetts' Senator John Kerry's, the presumptive Democrat nominee for President, sealed divorce records from his first marriage to Julia Thorne which was later annulled.
Go baby go!
What's good for the goose...
The headline is false. It's isn't 'The Media' suing for opening Kerry's records, it's Jack Ryan's former advisor suing. So Ryan got caught with his pants down so he is going after someone else's divorce records. I seriously doubt that Kerry was taking his first wife to sex clubs and trying to get her to have sex in front of strangers.
This move is almost psychotic and makes Ryan and/or his advisor look like petty fools.

Thank you.
I agree Divorce proceedings are public records - it's done all the time with celebrities but I don't see any need to do this. What is it going to accomplish? The American people get turned off by this kind of stuff during an election year.
Thanks for the insinuation that I think what they want me to think.
It is wrong based on principle. There's a bad word you can have fun with at my expense.
Please; praise the pragmatism of socialism, and ridicule the principles of decency.
Just another thing Republicans will be beat up over -- just watch! I can hear the talking points now.
Theres no guarentee that they will even find anything of substance. I think there is more traction to be gained if the request is denied. If it is made public that Ryans files were opened and JF'nK's were denied, it will make people distrust the liberal judges/media even more - and hopefully add to the distain of Ketchup boy.
How would you like to be their kid when he looks at his friend's locker at school and sees that pic of his mom there.....And they are worried about court records bothering him. These parents need to be replaced.
Hell. You should see the pictures I chose not to post!
Once again I see the conservatives amongst us getting all noble and wishy-washy. This is NOT the way to go.
The Dems are waging an all-out war and we're gonna sit around and wallow in our nobility?
Or maybe the Repubs will get so fed up they'll start cursing in the senate and such?
The ONLY way to stop their dirty wars is to, as the poster says above, fight fire with fire. When they realize two can play their games, maybe everyone will back off.
I am a former Democrat and knew how to rig a voting machine when I was 8 years old. LEARN!
Exactly what I was thinking.
