Americans currently flocking to see Michael Moore's movie "Farenheit 9/11" might be surprised to learn how little respect the Democratic Party's leading propaganda-meister has for them.

''They are possibly the dumbest people on the planet," Moore told Britain's Mirror newspaper recently, referring to his fellow citizens as a whole.

I tried to assure him, but it has been depressing. All weekend we have been treated to local news coverage of the people lining up to see this movie and we live in one of the most conservative areas of the country. A political science professor from Missouri Valley College was interviewed after the movie and was unqualified in his support of the movie's message. That was more depressing to me than the Whitlock column.

Only in America can someone spread his personal clinical depression and make a humongous profit.Any other country would shut him up.

I agree...my nephews come home from school...frustrated at the kids & their teachers who spew regurgitated dogma...and will not listen to any contrary voice of conservative opinion....

The teacher's pets are coached and lauded for putting down the kids who try offer a conservative view of ANY issue be it History Politics Current Events Social Problems makes no difference...The socialist dogma and their parrots are promoted ...all others put down....

The nice thing is the liberal dogmatic teachers are driving my nephews into math and science where they have to suffer less 'arbitrariness' and can cling to facts being facts...and answers that are unalterable... (this plus this equals that).... and not (this plus this equals something different for each race ,culture, or persons of odd or unusual sexual preferences)...

The only deviation they are interested in...is statistical

I think we should show Michael Moore's statements supporting The Iraqi insurgency to the next of kin of soldiers who were killed in Iraq and let get a reaction from the. It would be especially helpful if the woman from his movie who lost a son in Iraq could recant her support of his movie if she saw threat MM was just a traitor and a terrorist supporter.

''They are possibly the dumbest people on the planet," Moore told Britain's Mirror newspaper recently, referring to his fellow citizens as a whole.

When you consider the types of people Moore associates with, i.e. the mindless, undereducated "glitterati" of Hollywood, the French, and the Dem party, he can be excused for having this opinion!

To some degree I see where Moore is right:

His movie was the #1 film this weekend.

Let's examine the evidence: You know, he may be right.

Sadly, he is right. If a silly movie can change the political fabric of the nation we are dumb. But, there is hope. A few months ago another movie was being talked about. It was a movie that did change lives--The Passion of the Christ. Jesus is our only hope!

Moore: Americans are 'The Dumbest People on the Planet'

I have to give him credit, he is partially correct.

What saturates Moore's every move----his self-promoting public statements and the contents of his so-called "documentaries"----is a sense that he is driven by his ego and that he is convinced of his own superiority. Moore and only Moore's views must prevail; all other opinions simply cannot be tolerated.

One has the feeling Moore is constantly seeking revenge on the world ---- maybe because the corpulent wannabe can't even begin to compete as an intellectual, to secure the allegiance of American minds to his spurious causes. Neither can Moore compete as a sexed-up dreamboat. That must rankle him the most. You keep wondering---was this troll able to get a date for the senior prom?

Moore is little more than a divider and rumor-monger. His films are notorious for their lack of authenticity and for Moore's willingness to tweak the truth to come up with a saleable product. That he has been successful---by Follywood standards--- shows the efficacy of being a divider and rumor-monger.

If nothing else, Moore is a role model and a powerful reminder of the wisest of Biblical proscriptions against these practices.

Funny, If Moore tried to produce a movie critical of French politics/ politicians he would be fined and subject to prison. Just ask Bridget Bardot she has some insight. Yep you have it so bad over hear don't you?

Moore's biggest 'dirt' on Bush in the movie, his coup de grace in his own opinion, is that Bush continued to read to school children for 7 minutes after getting word of the first WTC crash. Since Bush didn't jump up, bolt out of the room in a panic and put on his Superman suit, Moore claims Bush did nothing and didn't know what to do. He also implies that Bush flew around aimlessly, hiding instead of going back to DC.

Well hey, if that's the best Michael Moore has to offer then I don't see the big deal in this movie. When Bush was told of the first WTC attack, I imagine his staff told him something like 'we should have more information soon'. No one knew at the time exactly what was going on, so why should he rush to panic in front of a group of kids? And as for flying around after 9/11, that is standard protocol to get the President airborne and out of danger while fully in control from the air.

Moore relies on making a big deal of facial expressions, goofs in grammar and a great deal of his own fabrication to get people to see something bad about Bush in this movie. It will only work on the dark minds that already hate everything good. Let him make his millions off of MoveOn slackers. Good for him. Maybe he can afford to move to Canada now.

The Sweathog Pied Piper obviously is amused with his (and the political party he represents) ability to lure and lead these childlike creatures into a deceiptful web. I can't argue with him on this one.

I replaced "R Rating" with the word "Truth". Very subtle.
