Plot Willie's women on a time line. There have to have been other affairs. Willie didn't start grabbing women and get stopped the first time. It was a behavior he learned through practice and success. Some women got rewarded however they wanted and stay silent. Others were grabbed and should now start coming forward.
There has to have been a period in Little Rock when Willie was really, really comfortable with himself. He goy lots of semi-white trash girls and black hookers. Why haven't some of them come forward? Is some one paying them, even today?

Willey is referring to women who were approached for or had a sexual relationship with clinton. In the middle is Vince Foster, who simply doesn't fit into the word picture of women she is painting.
So, what does Willey know, really? We all know what she is implying, but why would she say it like that?
