Something to Yak About Al Gore Comes to Kerrys Aid The Kerry-Gore Double Standard Kerry Changes Tune in Election Year Is Gore Returning Favor for Kerrys Support in the 1990s? Theory: Kerry and Gore Co-Joined at Cerebral Cortex Talkers Profile Central Floridas Morning News, WDBO/Orlando The Final Yak
So Al Gore is giving fellow traveler John Kerry a boost today with a speech at Georgetown University Law Center on institutionalized dishonesty, in foreign policy. Hmmmmm
.. Whether John Kerrys bagman will give an encore performance of his unhinged rant at a recent Move On Dot Org speech remains to be seen, but what is clear is the less-than-honest approach taken by the Gentleman from Massachusetts in his own foreign policy positions.
Al Gore and other John Kerry acolytes love to beat up the president on Iraq policy, but where were these same guys when Kerry himself was telling Larry King, I believe that over time, as people realize why we voted to go with a legitimate threat of force and to hold Saddam Hussein accountable, it was in fact important to the security of our country. The vote was correct. Was this institutionalized dishonesty, by John Kerry? You make the call.
Before Al Gore comes to the defense of John Kerry Thursday by giving a speech filled with cheap shots at President Bush, maybe the former veep ought to read some of the stuff his fellow liberal has said. Fact is, John Kerry spent 14 years sounding the alarm on Saddam Hussein, Iraq and weapons of mass destruction. Do you recall Al Gore giving any institutionalized dishonesty, speeches about that? NOT!
John Kerry went to bat for the Clinton-Gore administration back in the 90s, so is Thursdays speech by Al Gore his way of saying thanks? The Yak would not presume to know for certain, but when Clinton-Gore needed some cover in 1998, Kerry was right there to help them out by extolling the evils of Saddam Hussein and his WMD programs.
Its no secret John Kerry and Al Gore are ideological soul mates, so it makes sense that the former Democrat presidential candidate would come to the aid of the current candidate again. But you can cut through the clutter by calling RNC Radio Services this instant (okay, maybe in a little while
), and getting the rest of the superb materials you need to set and keep the record straight. 202-863-8614 is the number to punch.

Congress should require as part of any resolution that it considers some explicit guarantees on whether or not we're proposing to simply abandon the Iraqi people in the aftermath of a military victory there, or whether or not we're going to demand as a nation that this doctrine of 'wash your hands and walk away' be changed so that we can engage in some nation building again and build the kind of peace for the future that our people have a right to expect."
