He was trying to pull a fast one, but things got out of hand.

I lost it when I saw that the last page of the brief is titled, "Prayer for Relief".

So, I guess the powers-that-be will yank him off the bench.

I'm sure he could find a job on the bench in Massachusetts. I'm sure we could find stuff on the benches in Oklahoma, too.

I know, the jokes are just too easy. My friend here asked me if he violated any judicial canons. I responded that he's single-handedly redefined the entire term!

He'll probably get off easy. It would appear he already does.
To: VadeRetro
Maybe, but then again, the guy's a whack job.

Looks like the judge will have to go pound sand.

No real problem here. He'll beat this thing handily.

He'll probably get off easy. Thank goodness they didn't find an animal under there ....
"Your honor, what on earth were you doing with a sheep under the bench?" asked the incredulous bailiff.
"Hey; it's not b-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-d!" replied the sheepish judge.
To: Hawk44
shaved and oiled his nether regionMaybe he should be a judge in the Netherlands. They've plenty like him in Amsterdam....

They'll never convict him. I've got confidence that this guy can pull it off.

From the CNN report:
"On one occasion, Ms. (Lisa) Foster (Thompson's court reporter for 15 years), saw Judge Thompson holding his penis up and shaving underneath it with a disposable razor while on the bench," the petition reads.
The judge is nuts (and so are the things he shaved)....
