Most people buy Norton, install it, and then promptly forget about it, assuming they are protected against viruses for the rest of time, not realizing that new viruses crop up every minute of every hour of every day.

So, while the overwhelming % of computer users have anti-virus software installed, how many of them have the latest virus defs installed? I would guess a MUCH lower %.

And some kind of atocities will probably occur within the USA as an attempt to sway our election to Kerry.

I have said for weeks now that it is amazing that the bad guys don't just activate 10 cells in 10 major cities, have them each randomly snatch a person a day on the street a day, execute them and video it, and have 10 fresh videos a day for CNN of Americans losing their heads.

It sounds almost easy, and it would be terrifying, for sure.

See what Milosevic said at the show trial in Hague.

Can't .zip files be scanned before d/l. I didn't d/l anything myself, I just took a big screenshot of the 4 pictures towards the bottom of the page (hit 'Prt Scrn' then paste into paintbrush, save as .jpg). Am not sure what the legal issues are, since the Korean Gov't wants to ban these images.

These monsters are getting a taste for blood. That's not a good thing at all. This will only get worse in the future.

Eventually, they'll strike on American soil. It's the natural progression for these beasts.

Every American in the Middle East should be issued a weapon with instructions on how to use it.

Only a small percentage of Spainiards shifted their vote after the terror attack, the 'weakest link' in the electorate. The operation in Iraq was controversial in Spain before then.

ALL the Spainiards didn't lose their guts after the attack, only a small percentage did. Further, the gutless ones before the

What in the world makes you so sure that America will react differently? Right now, the nation is fairly even split on this endeavor (remarkable as it sounds). What makes you sure that the 'weakest link' in our electorate shift our way after a major terror attack, rather than 'their way?'

911 showed that we united quickly - if briefly - after an unexpected attack. Now the battle lines are drawn more clearly. I am unsure that any significant unity would occur after a major terror attack stateside (which, i think, everyone is resolved to happening).

not to mention open-season on any Muslims living here.

Big talk sounds big, but reality--open season won't happen.

I disagree. Maybe only a small majority shifted in Spain but that is only because a huge majority already thought like Europussies.

Calling them predators give a bad name to predators. We are dealing with demonic forces. We just can't officially say that, because that would offend the wrong class of people. Maybe it would offend demons.

No, I don't think so.

The Pro-War on Terror government was on its way to retaining power in an admittedly close election. It was close, but indicators favored the status quo.

Then a terror attack.

The number shifted. The Pro-War on Terror government lost by about the same margin they were expected to win.

The weakest link decided it - there was no clear majority to oust the existing administration before the admin, though it was close.

Sound familiar?

Islamofascist perverts are so brave.

It takes real courage to kill a helpless victim.

There are probably as many different opinions among the Korean people about Koreans being in Iraq as there are American opinions about Americans being in Iraq. Remember that the mostly liberal U.S. media is going to show us the protestors, because it fits the agenda.

Here are some links to editorials in The Korean Herald expressing different views (By the way, decline any notice to download font --you don't need it).

What in the world makes you so sure that America will react differently?

Admittedly, there are a ton of variables involved, but I suspect that if there is another attack here, and there are any significant casualties (men, women, and children killed in a shopping mall or at a sporting event, or some such) the inclination will be to support the candidate that has been active in fighting against terrorists, not the one that has stated that the threat of terrorism is exaggerated.

And again, my opinion is that the country is not quite as closely divided as the MSM would like you to believe. Perhaps all of this is simply 'projection' on my part. I find it hard to believe that the electorate could be inclined to support Kerry over Bush ... I just don't think there are that many stupid people in the country. But, I've been wrong before (see "The 90's).
