Why isn't the AP suing to get Kerry's military records? There are good leads that his injuries were superficial and that his actions were emebellished.
BTW - what exactly *is* the AP? A conglomoration of news organizations? I'm just wondering if someone at NYT is trying to stir up more BS and using the "AP request route" as a cover to hide their shameful actions..

The AP should pay for the cost of going to court, judge, courtroom, janitor, court reporter, doughnuts, coffee, Air National Guard,etc for frivolous stuff like this.
