If you freeze frame it just right you can see the first bullet pass through his lower back and spark as it hits the pavement.
Right after the guy goes down you can see a man walk out of the white house in the background. He looks like he is in a tan uniform. Do you think he made the head shot?

For each tracer that you see pass through him, there's 4 non-tracers between them. Likely, he soaked up about a dozen rounds.

Yup, excellent trigger control and admirable restraint. Love the tracer too, 4x1. The operators knew what they were doing.
No problems with 5.56mm from a standard length barrel, the complaints are mostly with 14.5" M4's.
