Just never considered the obvious explanation.
No plastic surgery -- no way. Her chin is now a completely different shape and her nose has been slimmed. Just to name two things.
How will she explain the obvious discrepancy to her ugly kids?
Lets just say, Chelsea is no Laurie Dhue
Obviously a nose job and new chin, looks less like Web Hubble now, maybe the talk will stop about Bill telling Juanita he shoots blanks.

I don't think that there's ever been a situation like this. They just can't keep out of the spotlight... More accuratly, they won't stay out of it!

Yup. You can lie and get away with it, if you hold all the cards (or all the FBI files).
The cover-up is much more damaging than just admitting what you've done!
The damage was to the country, not to the Clintons. Why should they care?
no it's not. And her chin, if it has changed, hasn't changed much. Loosing 5 or 10 lbs could take a bit of fat out of the face. She might just be shedding the baby fat.
How much are you charging for that space ?
I've never seen such a blatant case of major "work" done since Jennifer Grey (the woman who was in "Dirty Dancing"). And the surgeon who was quoted saying that she hasn't, is probably just another liar who's on the Clinton payroll.
What Chelsea needs to realize is that true beauty comes from the inside. Her disrespect to the secret service men who were (still are?) sworn to protect her, shows that she has no inner beauty. Anyone with some bucks can buy a new face, but you can't buy character and integrity.
You must not be one of those "trained pigs". I suspect they've got a slightly different perspective.
However UNsurprised I might be if it were (is) true, I never heard that Hubbell might have been the father of Chelsea, nor did I ever know that there were rumors about a black prostitute's baby having been Bill's, etc. This stuff just seems so outlandish. However, on my own, I always thought that Chelsea had no outward resemblance I could see of Bill Clinton, but those teeth of hers, I KNEW they came from Hillary. Anyway, all this is interesting.

That entire portrait ceremony showed the sharp contrast between President Bush, the statesman....and Clintoon, the bafoon.
Her nose has been "trimmed" & her chin & cheek bones are different and it's NOT just maturity. She does look nice, though.
