So Reagan might not have done some things the same as Bush. So what? It does not make Bush wrong.
Beirut may have been a mistake.
But I think if Reagan had Had 9-11 happen on his watch he would have moved Heaven and Earth to take out as many terrorists as possible and given no quarter to any that would have harbored them. Much the same as Bush has.
