CWShredder usually works for my friends. Havn't used it myself. I just did a clean wipe on my OS system yesterday. Just took me 2hrs. I do this once a year. If you havn't done it in a while you might consider this.

As much as I resisted it, I forgot how nice it is to have a fresh clean install. I've reinstalled a couple of my games, and they start more quickly than they did before the wipe.
How did you do it in 2 hours? It usually takes me days.
