The number of people who come to FR who are perfectly happy to exchange freedom, liberty, and all the blessings those things confer for the infamous boot stomping a human face, forever, is simply amazing.
It appears that if that boot has a gold cross or other religious emblem on its sole, they would welcome it with open arms. As long as it stomps the face of another, that is. How sad that they realize not that the boot would only bide its time till it found them.

For some reason, all weekend long there were different marks posting stories excusing or minimizing the Inquisition, this one was the most egregious, IMHO.
The Python skit got mentioned on them ALL, with pics and .wav files on some. The marks TRULY didn't expect it...

Monarchism, theocratism, fascism, communism and now Islamism, how exactly are they different, save in name? It is all the same Beast behind the different masks...totalitarianism. The instinct of a few humans to rule their brethren, in an absolute manner, with the willingness to murder as many as possible in the achieving of that goal.
America exists as an almost-alone bulwark against that black instinct. Even today, we see what other nations would gladly do without us to bolster or protect them...surrender.
